My experience with Power Kitchen has been nothing short of amazing. As a high-performance athlete, I take my nutrition very seriously. I need meals that provide the right balance of nutrients while being as healthy as possible, and Power Kitchen delivers exactly that. On top of that, the amount of time I save is incredible. Grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking, and cleaning are all taken care of, allowing me to focus on what matters most, training and performing at my best. The meals are not only well-balanced but also delicious and diverse, which makes the experience even better. I’ve truly loved my journey with Power Kitchen and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience without compromising on quality.
Absolutely amazing, really delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised and especially because my husband who is picky took some of them too and loved them. This was something I splurged on for myself as I’m prepping for surgery, figuring he wouldn’t like it, but he did lol. Thank you!
The food is delivered on time and delivery tracking is good. Packaging is reduced probably to the smallest it can be, and most of it is returnable with your next delivery. Food is like it has just been cooked at home, attractive and good: vegetables not overcooked, protein is tasty and not dried out, even carbs (e.g. rice) come with little bits of colour in the form of peppers and tomatoes made small. The website is evolving and needs a bit of work, but after a couple of tries you can at least find your way around.
Power Kitchen is a lifesaver! Their food is delicious and nutritious. We ordered breakfast, lunch & dinner and everything was fabulous. It was delivered in a keep cool bag with ice pack. It was quick to warm up and we looked forward to our next meal. Will be ordering from them a lot.
This is my first time doing a meal subscription service. The customer service has been outstanding. They provide frequent updates about your order and delivery. They even sent me a text to discuss my goals and have offered to completely customize my meal plan based on my individual needs and to keep them posted on how my first week/delivery goes! The food looks great and I can’t wait to see how these next few weeks go! :)
By far the best meal kit service in the city! Tried all of them over the course of the last couple years and totally blown away by power kitchen. Real people contact and follow up with you not automated responses. They take back the old delivery bag and ice packs each week with new delivery which may not seem like a big deal but I still have 20 or so boxes of the previous companies kit sitting around waiting to be tossed out. The meal portions are perfect and the protein portions are not small but good and great quality. I'll say the same thing everyone says when they first see it.... the price is higher then the other kits.....and justifiably so. All those other kits are cheap for a reason and not nearly as filling. If your on the fence about it they do offer discounts on first time orders so you can see what I'm talking about and you wont be disappointed. These guys stand well above the other services out there and if your using kits to free up time or help you stay on track you gotta try power kitchen! Shout out to Luana who got me all set up Emily who keeps following up to make sure I'm happy Fernanda for making the deliveries!
I've tried a number of different meal prep companies before. Power Kitchen is the first one that has the variety of food (vegan, low carb, high protein) that I'm looking for while maintaining excellent flavour! Definitely recommend trying
Fast, delicious, and convenient meal prep. Love how on point and informative the delivery system is too, you'll know exactly when to expect your order. Just tried their Moroccan beef stew and it was amazing.
I received my delivery from Power Kitchen and I could not be happier! The meals arrived well packaged with an ice pack and an insulated bag. The meals are high quality and delicious! Highly recommend this company!
The best meal prep service in Toronto, hands down. Fresh new menus constantly. Not to mention, the meals really have that homemade flavour to them! Definitely try them out if you have the chance. You will not regret it!!
